Using DocuSign

Most forms can be submitted through DocuSign. DocuSign is an application that allows students and parents/guardians to securely complete and sign forms digitally, eliminating the need to print and scan PDF documents.

Email validation is required for all forms. Once all signatures have been submitted, DocuSign forms are routed back to our office and will be attached to your student account. Please allow 1-3 days for your checklist to reflect completed forms.

If you experience issues with any forms, have questions, or would prefer to print, sign, and upload a PDF version of a form instead of using DocuSign, please contact us at (303) 871-4020 or finaid@jyycl.com.

 
Upload Your Documents

The easiest and most secure way to submit other requested documents to our office (such as a tax return) is to upload them through your student portal. You can also email them to finaid@jyycl.com or fax them to 303-871-2341.
